Services / Therapeutic Massage & Myofascial Release

Your body holds tension. We release it by hand.

Short muscle and stuck fascia lock your movement and keep the pain on duty. Massage here is not just about relaxing. It is therapeutic, it has a target, and it sits inside the plan that treats the cause.

Two hands, two jobs

Massage and myofascial release are not the same thing.

Therapeutic massage on a patient's back

01 · Therapeutic massage

It releases the muscle that stays tight

It works right on the tense muscle: better circulation, less shortening, and relief from that heavy, knotted feeling. This is what takes your body out of the defense mode the pain put it in.

Myofascial release on a patient's back

02 · Myofascial release

It frees the fascia that locks movement

Fascia is the web around every muscle. When it stiffens and sticks, it cuts your range and creates trigger points, the ones that hurt and refer pain far away. Release works that web with sustained pressure and gives you glide and reach again.

In practice the two almost always go together, and never alone. The hands prepare the ground. The adjustment and the guided movement are what make the result last.

What you feel when the tension lets go.

Range of motion back

Turn your neck, lift your arm, and bend down without the limit that used to lock you.

The weight lifts

That knotted, loaded-shoulder feeling gives way to a body that feels light and loose.

Pain that loses its grip

With the muscle out of defense mode, the spot that hurt and referred pain settles down.

Better sleep, clearer head

A relaxed body rests better, and the tension that turned into headache eases.

No mystery

This is not a random spa massage. It has a target.

01

We find the tension

The assessment shows which muscles are on defense and where the trigger points sit. The hands do not work in the dark.

02

The right technique for each area

Massage to release the muscle, release work to free the fascia, dosed to how sensitive you are.

03

It joins the plan. It does not work alone.

The release opens room for the adjustment and the movement. That is what keeps the tension from settling back in the next week.
